The
situation
The air cargo sector enjoyed a golden period during covid 19. Since then, volumes have fallen sharply and the sector's operational and financial situation has deteriorated. Given this difficult context, my arrival came at a time in which the company wanted to rationalise its costs and increase its productivity.
Overall, the situation in the sector has remained relatively stable. As for the company, it is continuing to reduce its costs while trying to grow its volumes.
The
task
Our consultant started his assignment as AP accountant. Over the months, he became more autonomous and gradually took on new tasks. Below is a non-exhaustive list of the tasks requested:
- Management of the entire AP process
