Our client, a main player in the pharmaceutical sector, is facing major changes and reorganization phases. In this context, the client asked Business & Finance Solutions to support the organization on different levels. First for a technical expertise in accounting and secondly for a continuity guarantee with expert resources.
Concretely, our consultant trained the new Accounting Manager of a French entity. He then took the responsibility of the knowledge transfer of the Eurasia shared services for GL and Treasury activities to the new shared service located in Poland.
We trained the accounting Manager of the French entity to all accounting tasks such as invoice approvals, bank bookings, monthly closings, reporting, French taxes and payroll reconciliation.
In order to ensure the continuity and the knowledge transfer, we wrote all the accounting processes and trained the members of the new shared service in Poland through video conferencing.
To ensure a smooth go live, we designed, together with the client, assessments to evaluate the knowledge level of the trainees.
During a transition period, we stayed available to give support during an “HyperCare” period.
