The BFS Academy program has been developed with the aim of keeping a balance between hard and soft skills. It will be 7 days of training ranging among others from basic accounting to controlling, presentation skills and stress management.

The program is starting on the 18^th of September 2023 and will last 7 days.

This program has been specially designed for fresh graduates (Finance, Accounting,...) who want to ensure that their professional career gets off to a good start. It is a pragmatic training program that allows young graduates to bridge the gap between the theory of their studies and the skills needed by any finance professional in the field.

To be part of this unique adventure, we will follow a selection process that will take place in several stages, including 2 selection interviews with our recruitment and finance specialists. As the number of places is limited, we will have high expectations in terms of motivation, attitude and finally, language skills (FR-NL-UK).

At the end of the process, the selected candidates will sign a permanent contract as Finance Project Consultant starting on the 18^th of September.
