In this role, the Head of Accounting will/ will be:

• People management and reports directly to the Executive Committee
• Responsible for the integration of the accounting of different entities and the optimization of the processes as well as the automation of the encodings
• Manage the client accounting for the entity
• Responsible for the accuracy of the accounts and will participate in the monthly reporting of the accounts to the group as well as the reporting of the turnover
• Take charge of the ERP and the development of new functionalities
• Take care of the integration of new buildings to be managed and the migration of buildings from the old platforms
• Ensure the improvement of automated reporting to owners and accounting procedures and their digitalization
• Support and coordinates complex tasks to be performed by the accounting team
• Implement procedures for the financial management of affiliated companies
• Act as an advisor to the Executive Committee

• At least 15 years of experience in accounting and operational finance
• Experience in team management is essential
• Experience in implementing projects and processes is a plus
• Experience with accounting tools, such as ERP
• Experience in the real estate sector is a plus
• Fluency in French and Dutch. Professional knowledge of English.
• Manager with strong team spirit, ability to create cohesion, and common motivation
