Your Missions:
- Once trained, you will tackle exciting and challenging assignments:
- Develop skills in accounting (AP, AR, GL) or controlling, based on your profile and aspirations.
- Participate in encoding, closing processes, audit preparations, VAT declarations, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects like accounting system migrations, process improvements, and more.
- Work closely with Chief Accountants, CFOs, and finance teams to provide support.

Hard Skills:
- Master accounting, auditing, and controlling techniques
- Introduction to Power BI & automation tools
- Excel mastery and financial analysis training
Soft Skills:
- Personality test for better self-awareness & team dynamics

Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a Master’s in management sciences.
- A first experience in accounting, audit, or controlling is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software/ERP.
- Fluent in French or Dutch and able to communicate in English.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
- Hands-on approach with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Adaptable and solution-oriented.
