As a consultant, you could be on different accounting projects with those day-to-day tasks :

• Responsible for the correctness of the invoices and for the process of booking;
• Optimization of the Accounting processes;
• Analysis and follow-up of reconciliations, analytical review: provisions accounts, deferred charges, and other balance sheet accounts
• Analysis of general accounts in support of closing, internal and external reporting (AR, AP, Treasury)
• Billing of intercompany
• Cashflow forecast
• Bank statements bookings preparation and treasury reconciliations
• Support for Belgian declarations preparation (Intrastat, VAT, statistics)
• Support for internal and external audits (SAP reports, accounting documents, reconciliations)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Preferably a minimum of 2 relevant years’ experience in accounting
• French or Dutch native and excellent knowledge of English
• Excel: good level, SAP (FI-CO) is a plus
• Proactivity, involvement, analytical mind, and communication
