Our Young Professional Program is a tailored training program designed exclusively for fresh graduates up to 2 years of experienced candidates, who are stepping into the dynamic realm of finance consultancy with the help of our BFS Academy. Elevate your career journey with specialized guidance and expertise, setting the stage for your success in finance!

The BFS Academy program has been developed with the aim of keeping a balance between hard and soft skills. It will be 6 days of training ranging among others from basic accounting to controlling, presentation skills, and stress management.

Through the days, you will have the opportunity of learning lots from financial professionnals, sharing your expectations, ambitions, uncertainties and participating in the real-life of a company which cares about individuals.

The program is starting on the 16^th of September 2024.

This program has been specially designed for fresh graduates (Finance, Accounting,...) and young professionals (less than 2 years of experience) who want to ensure that their professional career gets off to a good start. It is a pragmatic training program that allows young graduates and professionals to bridge the gap between the theory of their studies and the skills needed by any finance professional in the field.

So if you have:

• a bachelor degree in accounting
• or a master degree in finance/controlling/audit with a first experience
• good knowledge of French/Dutch/English (at least two of those languages !)
• an analytical mindset
• a solution-oriented approach
• a thirst for learning and develop yourself by daring taking initiatives and act beyond your confort zone
• the will to join a human-scale company where you will feel that values are lived out

This year will be the third edition of this program, which allows us to give you a concret and over thought program, with available testimonies !

To be part of this adventure, we will follow a selection process that will take place in several stages, including 2 selection interviews with our recruitment and finance specialists. As the number of places is limited, we will have high expectations in terms of motivation, attitude and finally, language skills (FR-NL-UK).

At the end of the process, the selected candidates will sign a permanent contract as Finance Project Consultant starting on the 16th of September.
