• Cost Control: Monitor and optimize company expenses.

• Maintenance of accounting controls: Implement and maintain accounting control procedures to ensure the reliability of financial information.
• Ensuring accuracy of financial statements: Ensure that the company's financial statements are accurate and compliant with accounting standards.
• Leadership: Lead and motivate the financial team to achieve company goals.
• Sales performance analysis (US Office): Evaluate sales performance of the US office and identify improvement opportunities.
• Recording stock receipts: Record and track stock inputs to maintain accurate inventory.
• Fleet Management: Oversee management of company vehicles, including maintenance and associated costs.
• VAT and Intrastat declarations: Prepare and submit VAT and Intrastat declarations in compliance with tax regulations.
• Subsidy file tracking: Manage and track subsidy files to ensure compliance and effective use.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Master's degree in Economics/Business Administration.
• At least 5 years’ experience in finance.
• Proficiency in French and English.
• Familiarity with ERPs (Excel, SAP).
